Orders within Hong Kong are shipped via SF Express.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is completed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
For pre‑order items and out‑of‑stock products, shipping timelines depend on the official release dates and supplier availability.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.
